The study guide (download here) has opened up on Arbiter and will remain open until 8/21. The test needs to be completed online. To do so, click here or go to Arbiter and login to the “Central Hub”. Several study guide sessions are coming up. Please sign up for them on Arbiter and remember that you are expected to have your study guide completed prior to attending the session.
Study Guide, Kits, and Dues
There are less than 60 days until kickoff! Hopefully you’ve been getting some snaps in, watching some film, getting back into officiating shape, and doing some rules study. If you haven’t, you might want to start doing so! Click the “Read More” button for information on kits, the study guide, dues, and the first meeting.
Website Updates and Study Guide Sessions
The website is nearly fully functional now. I’ve added the Fredie Landinguin Memorial Scholarship application, the Constitution and Bylaws, board members, board minutes, game cards, and lots of other stuff. I’m planning on adding awards next. If there’s anything that you think I should include, please let me know.
The calendar has also been updated with all of our study guide sessions and our meetings, both for first-year and veteran officials. The veteran’s calendar can also be found on Arbiter.
Website Updates and Study Guide
I’m slowly getting the website up-to-date with all the information that was on the old site. I’ve now updated the calendar and added information about the board of directors, instructors, and insurance. Click the tabs above for that information.
On another note, the study guide is now available to take on Arbiter and will close at 11:59 PDT on 8/23/15. As soon as I hear about study guide sessions, I will post them on the calendar and on Arbiter.
Testing
Most of our testing will be done on SGVFOA’s Central Hub on Arbiter this year, including the study guide, weekly tests, and maybe even the classification exam. Click below for PDF copies of the available tests.
